4/6 all about those minimums

xHad 30 or so mins to get in a workout. Added some T-spine rotations to try to open up my back a bit. I think it helped a little.

Sn 90% 170x5x1 Hit them all! yay.

Pwr Cn+J 90% 205x5x1 Hit all these too. Power to save my back/abdomen.

Second Session at home later
