Supposed to work up heavy double. Got to 175 so I kept going up with singles. 185,190x,190(PR!), 195x << almost decapitated myself on this one.

CnJ was supposed to be 1RM, but decided to hit a 205 minimum instead

Lunges 6×6 w/ 50# dumbells

Chin ups 6×6
