Strange 5RM hang snatch. I think it was a conditioning tool or something, but I tried to find a 5RM hang snatch. What was interesting was the final 2 reps or so became a no-feet snatch…probably because I was so tired.

5RM Hang 145, then 135x2x5

Cn doubles 80% was Rx, but I bumped to 85%. 185x4x2

3RM jerk – 195

RDL 185x4x8

All and all a good day. Few to no misses, light enough but enough volume in there. Looking forward to more squatting.
