Worked up to a heavy 2RM snatch. Since I never established one before, this will be my PR: 155x,155,160x,160, 170×2 – PR ~90% 1RM
Then it was time to 1RM the clean n jerk. I fought for this one. 215, 220x,220x,220 – PR. The clean nearly killed me, but I made it a grinder and put the jerk overhead. 225 anyone?
Chin-ups 3×10 – Did 35 reps
Bench – 195×3, 165×10, 145x2x10. Good fun today.
