Took a rare day off yesterday. Core was bugging me and I was worried I injured myself the same way I did months ago. Went light on some front squats today and made sure to concentrate on my bracing. Supersetted my squats with KB presses. Only 20kg per arm x 5, but I got about 6 sets in so it was a good primer.
