First day of JE’s programming. Felt suspiciously like CrossFit with the EMOM’s. It was fun but tiring and I know my legs were not ready for it.
Snatch and Clean EMOM’s, 2r x 80% (140/175). Missed two snatches, but felt good throughout.

Pullups 8r x 3
Step Ups 8r x 4 (25lb weight)
All and all a good session. About an hour of work. Ton of sweat. Looking forward to Day 2.
