11/23 Active Recovery

Back was tight and a bit sore, so I’m keeping it light. That and I didn’t want to split my pants.
I’m doing a lot to complete this goal. I was running to my car today from work to sneak in a quick set during my lunch hour. Building that pyramid baby.
