9pm squats suck balls when you usually go to bed at 9:30…but they need to be done. Chip away at your goals. The back is the first thing to go at this hour. Something about all that daily stress and sitting pre-fatigues the spine and soul.
Triceps insertion was wicked sore as well, took about 3 sets until I could get in to a passable rack position.
