Tweaked the back last night. Pain is just over the left hip bone. I woke at 3am thinking “this is the day I don’t squat” and “I’m such a moron”.Most likely the max effort grinder from yesterday that did it. I also played around with light SLDLs, Might have pushed the hips a bit…live and you learn.
