Snatching a 24kg bell (16kg for women) for 5 consecutive minutes under the glaring eye of a SFK Master can be a bit intimidating. But the techniques outlined should make it 100% achievable. Swing and snatch a heavier bell. Breath twice as much (click through for the video). Swing across the mid-line. Follow the simple programming (snatch once a week). Easy.
